Piano lessons are designed to teach students the techniques needed to play any song of their choice as quickly as possible. Techniques taught are scales taken from the "Michael Aaron Piano Course," all major/minor chords and their variations, chord inversions, charting songs and their chords, playing to a metronome, harmony studies, learning to read music notation and understanding basic theory, ear-training (perfect pitch, perfect relative pitch). Performance opportunities are given when the client is ready to perform either solo or within a band. Module 2 focuses on the further development of technique as well as the art of performance while playing the piano. Module 3 and 4 continue with technique but develop songwriting skills and recording.
Piano and singing lessons combined together are an additional option that is available.
