Prime Music Academy

PRIME Music Academy (formerly Vocal Expressions Music School) has helped hundreds of aspiring singers and musicians from all age groups reach their full musical potential. Some have become NZ and Australian Idol finalists, others have gone on to be international artists and top-charting bands in their own right, like double platinum recording artists Evermore.

We offer instructions in all styles of music and on many instruments including: Voice, Piano, Guitar, Bass, Drums & Ukelele from our multiple studio facilities located in Upper Hutt and Lower Hutt, and now in Whitianga NZ. Prime Music Academy also offers it's unique curriculum and specialized teaching techniques online, through our Skype program. Our Skype lesson plans are unique to New Zealand music instruction, and offers the ability for students located anywhere, nationally or around the world to participate with our teachers in pursuing their music education and achieving their musical dreams.

Anita Prime

PRIME Music Academy is owned and operated by vocal instructor and Trinity College of London graduate, Anita Prime (www.anitaprimemusic.com). Anita Prime http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anita_Prime is a singer-songwriter from New Zealand. At the 2011 LA Music Awards she won the Best Music Video for “La La La” after being nominated for both this, and Best International Artist categories.
